Truth on Tape started in 1979 in our parents' basement. It all began from the tape ministry at their church. Soon people wanted blank cassette tapes for recording and behold the business took off. For many years our main customers were churches, ministries, and schools to which we supplied a wide variety of audio visual products. In 1986, we moved to our first retail location which we quickly outgrew.

The industry has changed drastically over the years. VHS tapes became household items in the eighties, cassettes gave way to CDs in the 90's, and in the twenty-first century discs, hard drives, and clouds have taken over our world.

In 2002, we began converting our customer's beloved music and video to modern media which became our main focus. We have since moved back to our roots as a home based business, which in turn allows us to pass on the savings to our customers. We continue to supply churches and ministries with blank product, along with custom packaged recorded product.
